Dallas buyers want storage, and no surprise, they want a lot of it – particularly in the master bedroom. 31% of buyers surveyed said they’d gladly sacrifice something else within the home if they could get his and hers closets in the master.   • Higher Ceiling Height: In line with buyers wanted open concept homes, buyers want to add more of that airy feel to their home by requesting 9-10 ft. tall ceilings on the first floor of the home.
