Pecan Square: Coming Soon to Northlake, Texas

Have you been searching for the perfect new build home in Argyle, Northlake, Flower Mound, Denton, or North Fort Worth?

Then NewBuildDFW has a brand new community that just might interest you.

Coming in 2019, Pecan Square in Northlake, Texas will be built along the intersection of I-35W and FM 407, just across the street from the very popular new home community of Harvest.

Pecan Square – Town Meets Country

Pecan Square is set to break ground later this year, with homes to become available in 2019. The premise of the neighborhood is a sense of community. A place where residents are able to take back the best of small town America, without giving up big city amenities. Imagine a Fort Worth new home development where excellent Northwest ISD schools are in your neighborhood and residents can gather at the town square to deepen friendships old and new. This is the feel of the all-new Pecan Square of Northlake, Texas.

Hillwood Communities’ Largest Residential Development

Hillwood Communities has announced that Pecan Square is its largest residential development to date, with over 3,000 homesites slated for development (just over 600 of those will be Phase I). The community will be multi-use, with homesites intertwined with retail and dining options, as this area just north of Fort Worth is slated to boom in the next 5-10 years. News on amenities is still sparce at this point, but we’re told the community common spaces will center around a pre-existing horse barn that will be refurbished and sit as the community’s town hall and gathering place. Hillwood also developed Harvest across the highway, so if Pecan Square is anything like Harvest, we can expect great things to come.
