Toll Brothers Has Broken Ground on Vickery Park in Copper Canyon, TX

Located on the south side of FM 2499, just before the intersection with Tanglewood, Vickery Park in Copper Canyon has broken ground!

This Toll Brothers development in Copper Canyon is a huge deal for the area. Those who know the area know that Copper Canyon and Double Oak are both known for sprawling acres and beautiful estate living. There haven’t been any new developments of any kind in this area for years – and never of this magnitude! – so Vickery Park is special. Of course, residents can also expect the same level of quality craftsmanship and high-end amenities available from other Toll Brothers developments.

What We Know About Vickery Park

While Toll Brothers has broken ground on Vickery Park, the first homes will not be move-in ready until the Fall of 2021. Division President at Toll Brothers, Rob Paul, has said that the goal is to clear all the land and get the entire infrastructure complete before beginning construction on the homes. So homes will begin construction next Fall (Fall of 2020), and then the first homes are expected to be move-in ready in the Fall of 2021.

The development is expected to have one main, gated entrance, and then 2 other possible exits from the subdivision. 225 lots total are expected, each varying in size, but giving residents easy access to the neighborhood trail and community center, and also offering ample privacy. Many of the homes on the border will back up to mature, quiet areas of Double Oak where privacy is valued.
